HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

  • You will receive a tracking number for your order after processing (2 business days) via email, if this email has not arrived please check your Spam folder.
  • If you have your tracking number already paste it into the search bar below.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY TRACKING NUMBER WON’T WORK?

  • If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed – Your order has been shipped out & Delivery Status should update within a few days.

Tracking numbers will often only begin to become active when the item has arrived in the country of delivery.

             WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER?

  • Depending on the value of your purchase and shipping options chosen at checkout, your package may not include a Tracking Number. If this is the case, you will only be informed once your Order has Shipped via email. Orders over $20 generally have available tracking.
